Nathaniel Lee Stephenson, a 28-year-old resident of Lincoln, Nebraska, has been sentenced to 140 months in federal prison for distributing more than 50 grams of pure methamphetamine. The sentencing took place on September 4, 2025, in Lincoln’s federal court. United States District Judge Susan M. Bazis presided over the case.

United States Attorney Lesley A. Woods announced the sentence and confirmed that Stephenson will not be eligible for parole under the federal system. After completing his prison term, Stephenson will serve five years of supervised release.

According to court records, on June 13, 2024, Stephenson sold approximately three ounces (83½ grams) of methamphetamine to an undercover officer from the Lincoln Police Department for $1,000. Laboratory analysis by the Nebraska State Patrol Crime Lab determined that the substance was at least 93% pure.

The investigation was conducted by the Lincoln/Lancaster County Drug Task Force.
