Five individuals charged after encounter with federal agents at Glenn Valley Foods

Criminal charges have been filed against five individuals in the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska following encounters with federal law enforcement at Glenn Valley Foods in Omaha, Nebraska. The incidents occurred during the service of a civil search warrant on June 10, 2025.

Marvin Aleman Zepeda, aged 37, faces a one-count criminal complaint for allegedly using a deadly or dangerous weapon to assault, resist, or impede a federal officer. If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Osmar Lorenzo-Genchi, aged 20, is charged with two counts. The first count mirrors that of Zepeda’s charge. The second count involves willfully injuring or committing depredation against U.S. property valued over $1,000. Conviction could result in up to 30 years’ imprisonment and fines totaling $500,000.

Alejandra Lopez-Garcia, aged 28; Aliyah Reyna Lozano, aged 18; and Aaron Urbanski, aged 36 are each facing charges related to assaulting or impeding federal officers and damaging U.S. property. Potential penalties for these charges include up to one year of imprisonment and fines reaching $100,000 per count.

“The FBI is supporting ICE and working with all our DOJ partners in immigration enforcement operations across the country,” stated Eugene Kowel from the FBI Omaha Field Office. He emphasized that assaulting law enforcement officers or damaging government property constitutes criminal offenses subject to investigation.

These cases are part of Operation Take Back America Task Force led by Homeland Security Investigations and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement with support from various federal agencies including the FBI and DEA.
