Romeo Edilzar Yaxcal-Tiul from Omaha is facing charges involving false representation of a Social Security number, use of false immigration documents, and resisting a federal officer. Convictions could result in several years’ imprisonment.
Angela Rocio Urrutia Cruz and Miguel Angel Salazar-Zuniga from Omaha are implicated in encouraging illegal entry into the United States over several years. Their seven-count indictment includes conspiracy charges that carry significant penalties upon conviction.
Additional individuals have been charged with re-entering the United States illegally after previous deportations or felony convictions. These cases involve various penalties depending on their specific circumstances, including potential imprisonment terms ranging from two to twenty years.
